Hi! My name is Lily Griffin, I live in Waxhaw North Carolina, and I'm a birth doula trained under Kira Kimble. Since childhood I've loved the beauty of birth and motherhood, and I constantly found myself being drawn to birth work, so when I first heard about the role of a doula I knew I had found my calling. My goal as a doula is to empower women during their pregnancy journey and erase the stigma that birth is something to be afraid of. I believe that everyone has the right to be informed of the pros, cons, and risks of all types of birth interventions and procedures, and should feel confident making educated decisions about their motherhood journey.

Besides birth work, I am also a professional photographer and a childcare worker! You can find my photography here. I also teach children's  Jiu Jitsu, while occasionally competing in the sport myself, and I can usually be found outside in my garden or tending to my chickens!
